# How can I contact customer support?


If you have any questions or difficulties while working on BES services:

* report or visualization is not loaded;
* the report contains incorrect data;
* the report takes a long time to load;
* filters do not work correctly;

contact our support service.

To do this, you need to click button (bottom right), which immediately opens the support chat.

Next, you need to indicate what the problem is. To do this, you can choose an option from the proposed list or describe it in the comments field. The dialog box provides the ability to upload files (jpeg (jpg), png, svg, csv, txt, pdf, xls, xlsx) with a description of the problem.
