# How can I fix the something is wrong error?

|| Note! If you see a unique error phrase and the tips below don't help you fix the problem, be sure to send it to our support team to resolve it.

Use the following tips:

* **Update the service page. **To do this, you can use one of the following methods:
   **-** keyboard shortcut: **Ctrl + r, Shift + Ctrl + r** (without using cache content), and for Mac - **Shift + Cmd + r**;
  ** -** browser interface button ;
  ** -** select _"Update"_ in the context menu.
* **Turn off any enabled browser extensions. **Hints on how to do this can read here. Try using an anonymous browser that does not apply any installed extensions to use BES solution.
* **Please update your browser to the latest version. **BES uses the new official version of the Chrome browser. Therefore, please update your browser to the latest version for a better experience with BES solutions. You can read how to update Chrome here.
* **Clear your browser history / cache / cookies.** How to do this is described in detail here.

|| Note! Uncheck the Passwords when clearing history box if you want to keep the passwords that were used in the browser.

* **Check in your internet connection.**
