# How to fix missing data errors?

Use the following tips:

* **Refresh the service page**. To do this, you can use one of the following methods:
- keyboard shortcut: **Ctrl + r, Shift + Ctrl + r** (without using cache content), and for Mac - **Shift + Cmd + r**;
- browser interface button ;
- select "Update" in the context menu.
* **Make sure if the BES solutions are available to you**. If you receive a data loss message, it may indicate that you do not have access to a solution. In this case, you need to contact your network administrator to expand access.
