# What should I do if I do not receive a letter about changing password in the mail?

The letter about the change of the password comes to the e-mail **automatically**. If the user cannot find it in his mail, it is necessary:

* check for spam in the mail, because the letter may have got there;
* make sure the user's email is correct:
- the language during e-mail input;
- the **Caps Lock** button is turn off;
- the order and accuracy of writing characters, no spaces.

If the suggested tips do not solve the problem, you need to contact your administrator to reset your password from the **Admin Panel**.
