# Why are incorrect product or metric names displayed on the site?

The reason for this is plug-ins enabled (such as _Google Translate_). Therefore, you need to turn them off and refresh the page using the keyboard shortcut: **Ctrl + Shift + r**, and for Mac - **Shift + Cmd + r**.

If the situation has not changed after that, you should contact our support team to find out the cause of the problem and fix it.
