# Why don't I receive all types of notifications?

Types of notifications are linked to certain metrics:

* _ **Terminal capacity** _ - metric "Sales Qty";
* _ **Top sales trend** _ - metrics: “Price”, “Average sales qty”, “Qty of days when the product was not sold”, “Stock Qty at the end of the period”, “Qty of days that product has 0 stock”;
* _ **Product Layout** _  - metrics: "Price", "Stock Qty", "Average sales Qty per day", "Date of last sale", "Date of the last received products", "Qty of days when the product was not sold ”;
* _ **Products for adjustment** _ - metrics: "Sales Qty", "Sales".

If the user has limited access to metrics, it will affect the list of notifications that will be received.

Roles may be restricted from accessing types of notifications. In this case, you should contact your administrator to expand access to the notification user role.
