# Why is the “Synchronize” button inactive on the Data Console solution?

The reasons for this situation may be:

* The data is being uploaded daily at this time. When the data upload is complete, synchronization will be available again.
* Promotions, markers or plans have not changed.
* Another administrator clicked the _"Synchronize"_ button.
