BI-new is an updated version of the Business Intelligence analytical solution on the BES platform.
The main goal that we set ourselves was to make your work with BI-new more comfortable and efficient.
To do this, we endowed an updated solution:
greater flexibility in customizing reports;
convenient and understandable interface;
functionality that minimizes the same type of repetitive actions.
We have made sure that the transition to BI-new is as easy as possible. To do this, the updated solution retains the familiar structure of reports and metrics. In addition, our support team is always ready to help if you have any questions.

Service performance. All reports of the updated service are loaded up to 3 times faster than with BI-old.
Convenient grouping of filters on reports. We've made filters even more practical in BI-new. To do this, after evaluating the user experience, we have formed more convenient groups of filters that will allow you to quickly form the necessary data collection with the necessary detail.
Filter templates. The filter combinations you use most often can be saved as a template. For example, if you regularly analyze the data of a particular category for a particular group of stores over the past 7 days, you can save such filter settings as a template once and then use it regularly on all available reports (you can see more details in the tutorial).
Personalized structuring of reports. Each user can create their own convenient analytical space, namely:
create your own report groups;
select only reports necessary for analysis;
move reports between groups and delete irrelevant ones.
Favorite reports. We make sure that you use your time as efficiently as possible. Therefore, we created a separate section for reports - "Favorites". You can add the most frequently used reports to it for quick navigation.
"Share report" functionality. Reports with customized filters and columns can be shared with your colleagues who have access to this report. In this case, you can be sure that everyone with whom you shared the report sees identical data. This will greatly simplify meetings and negotiations.
"Send xls" functionality. In BI-new, users can send reports in xls format to any desired email address. Therefore, now the addressee can be not only you, but also any employee or interested person.
The main page is configured for roles. The BI-new main page adapts to your role type and shows only the metrics are important and relevant to you. So, if you are the owner, you will see data on the network, the store manager - data on the outlet, IT - check data, etc.
Own metrics. BI-new has made available all of its own metrics were created in the "Metrics" extension. They can be added to the available reports and make the analytical data maximally adapted to individual needs.
Note! To quickly find your own metrics, they are marked with a special mark - fx.
Quick transition from Cards to related reports. Now you can switch from Cards (product, category, client LP) to related reports in one click. This will help to continue the analysis without being distracted by additional filter settings, because the report will immediately be filtered by this product/category/client LP and related filters.
