How can I fix disconnected notification errors?



Note! If you see a unique error and the tips below do not resolve the issue, be sure to submit it to our support team for a quick resolution.


Use the following tips:


  • Update the service page. To do this, you can use one of the following methods:
  • keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + r, Shift + Ctrl + r _ (without using cache content), and for Mac - _ Shift + Cmd + r;
  • browser interface button "Update";
  • select "Update" in the context menu.


  • Clear your browser history / cache / cookies. How to do this is described in detail here.


Note! Uncheck the Passwords when clearing history box if you want to keep the passwords that were used in the browser.


  • Check in your internet connection.
