How can I fix page loading errors?

Use the following tips:
Update the service page. To do this, you can use one of the following methods:
- keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + r, Shift + Ctrl + r (without using cache content), and for Mac - Shift + Cmd + r;
- browser interface button "Update";
- select "Update" in the context menu.
Disable any browser extensions that are enabled. Hints on how to do this can read here. Try using an anonymous browser that does not apply any installed extensions to use BES solution.
Please update your browser to the latest version. BES uses the new official version of the Chrome browser. Therefore, please update your browser to the latest version for a better experience with BES solutions. You can read how to update Chrome here.
Clear your browser history / cache / cookies. How to do this is described in detail here.
Note! Uncheck the Passwords when clearing history box if you want to keep the passwords that were used in the browser.
