How can I fix the something is wrong error?

Use the following tips:

**Update the service page. **To do this, you can use one of the following methods:
- keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + r, Shift + Ctrl + r (without using cache content), and for Mac - Shift + Cmd + r;
- browser interface button ;
- select "Update" in the context menu.
**Turn off any enabled browser extensions. **Hints on how to do this can read here. Try using an anonymous browser that does not apply any installed extensions to use BES solution.
**Please update your browser to the latest version. **BES uses the new official version of the Chrome browser. Therefore, please update your browser to the latest version for a better experience with BES solutions. You can read how to update Chrome here.
Clear your browser history / cache / cookies. How to do this is described in detail here.

Note! Uncheck the Passwords when clearing history box if you want to keep the passwords that were used in the browser.
