How to fix missing data errors?
Use the following tips:
Refresh the service page. To do this, you can use one of the following methods:
- keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + r, Shift + Ctrl + r (without using cache content), and for Mac - Shift + Cmd + r;
- browser interface button ;
- select "Update" in the context menu.
Make sure if the BES solutions are available to you. If you receive a data loss message, it may indicate that you do not have access to a solution. In this case, you need to contact your network administrator to expand access.
