Lost Sales (yesterday)
The block card ‘Lost Sales (yesterday)’ is located on the Home Page, providing summarized information for all stores, and in the ‘Problem’ tab of the Store Page's bottom menu.
‘Lost Sales (yesterday)’ refers to Group A products by sales volume, where the number of sales or stock levels on the last data upload day is lower than the average sales or stock levels for the period. The data for this block is sourced from the ‘Lost Sales’ report in the BI service.
Note! Group A products by sales volume comprise the assortment that ensures 85% of total sales volume across the chain. This product group is the most productive and generates the majority of the chain's profit.
To view the page with the store ranking for the ‘Lost Sales (yesterday)’ problem, tap on the card.
The store ranking page displays the overall ranking of stores by lost sales.
The Loss of sales when stocks are null button allows filtering the page content to display store rankings based on lost sales caused by zero stock.
To enable this, tap the icon in the upper-right corner:
Note! The selected state of the button is retained when navigating between pages. If the Loss of sales when stocks are null button is activated on the store ranking page, its state remains unchanged when switching to the ‘Store Page’.
To navigate to the ‘Store Page’, double-tap the corresponding card. This page contains a list of products included in the block for that store.
At the top of the list, you can track the number of identified and resolved products for this problem and access them directly.
Note! This tab is displayed on blocks only if at least one product is added to the problem or resolved.
To download a file with the product list or share it in messengers, use the button in the lower-right corner of the page:
