Lost Sales (yesterday)
The "Lost Sales (yesterday)" card is located on the Main page with summarized information for all stores and in the "Problems" tab in the lower menu of the Store Page.
"Lost Sales (yesterday)" - products of group A by sales quantity for which the sales qty or stock for the last day of data upload is less than the average sales qty or stock for the period. Data for this card is taken from the Lost Sales report from the BI service.
Note: Group “A” comprises items that contribute to 85% of total sales in the chain. This group of products is the most productive and generates the majority of the chain's profit.
By clicking on the problem, you will see a list of products that lost sales yesterday.
At the top of the list, you can track the number of identified and solved products for this problem and go to these products.
Note! On blocks, this tab is displayed only if at least one product has been added to the cause of the problem or resolved.
A file with a list of products can be downloaded to your phone or shared in messengers using the button in the lower right corner.
