Main page
The main page displays summary data for all available stores. You can compare the values of metrics for different stores for different periods, analyze the execution of plans and work with products, etc.
Note! If you have access to view only one store, the Main page is not displayed.
The "Downloading data" inscription at the top of the page informs you that data is currently being downloaded to the application.
Clicking on the card of one of the metrics "Receipt qty", "Avg receipt", "Sales" and "Sales qty" allows you to view the values of the corresponding metrics and their % change over previous periods.
When you go to the metric card from the Home page, comparative statistics for all stores are displayed at the bottom. The % difference is calculated compared to the same period of the previous month for each store.
The "Planned Sales" block displays the percentage of fulfillment of the chain's sales plan and the expected fulfillment of the plan. Clicking on the visualization opens a page with a rating of the fulfillment of plans by the chain stores.
The block with promotional products consists of three cards:
"Products on promo" - these are products with an active promotion on the last available date.
"New promo products" - products for which the promotion has started today, i.e. the quantity of the products is displayed for the next day from the date of data display.
"Promo products (next 7 days)" - these are products for which the promotion date will start tomorrow and in the next 7 days after today.
Note! The "Promo products (next 7 days)" card is displayed only if the network transmits the relevant data.
Clicking on the card allows you to view the number of promotional products in the stores of the chain. Double-clicking on the store name displays a list of promotional products of the selected store.
The “Lost Sales” block displays the quantity of products by problem:
Selling in other shops, but not here
Lost Sales (yesterday)
Clicking on the problem card allows you to view the data for the stores in the chain. Double-clicking on the store name displays a list of problematic products for the selected store.
The "Stock" block displays information on products that were not sold after coming in, that are out of stock, but for sale, products with incorrect stocks, corrected stocks, and products that need to be recalculated.
The “Products in progress” block contains a graph of Problem products, where you can view data for 7, 14, 30 days, as well as Identified and Solved product problems.
Below is the "Products on which questions arose" block, which displays the number of products for which questions with a mandatory comment have arisen.
Note! Blocks on the Main page display data for all available stores in general. Clicking on the block allows you to view data by store, and double-clicking on the store name will take you to the list of products.
