Minimum requirements for smartphones

For stable and correct operation of the Store Manager app, your device must meet the minimum technical requirements. You can check the parameters in your smartphone settings.

For iOS devices:

• Operating system: iOS 15.5 (2021) or newer.
• Processor: A12 Bionic chip or newer (e.g., A13 Bionic).
• Random access memory (RAM): at least 6 GB.
• Built-in memory: at least 4 GB of free space.
• Screen: 6.1 inches or larger, with a resolution of 2532 × 1170 or higher.

For Android devices:

• Operating system: Android 12 (2021) or newer.
• Processor: 8-core (e.g., Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 or MediaTek Helio G85 or newer).
• Random access memory (RAM): at least 6 GB.
• Internal storage: at least 4 GB of free space.
• Screen: 6 inches or larger, with Full HD resolution (1080 × 1920).
