Products in progress
The "Products in progress" block can be found on the Main page with summarized information for all stores and on the "Problems" tab in the lower menu of the Store Page.
"Products in progress" is a block that displays products that have been moved to the causes of problems and their status "Identified" or "Solved".
Types of problems:
No price;
Not in the stock;
Not on the shelf;
Layout;
No demand;
Other.
To move the product to the cause of the problem, swipe the small product card in any list to the left and click on the desired icon.
You can add a photo and a comment to each of the causes of the problem. Products are removed from the "Products in progress" block after the number of sales in stores where problematic products were detected for the last available date exceeds the average number of sales in the same stores for 7 days.
To go to the list of problematic products, just click on the "Problems" tab in the bottom menu or on the icon in the upper right corner of the store page.
