Products on which questions arose
The "Products on which questions arose" block can be found on the Main page with summarized information for all stores and on the "Problems" tab in the lower menu of the Store Page.
The block is intended for products for which you need to ask questions and be sure to get an answer. The value on the card reflects the number of questions asked / completed as of today. The product disappears from the block after the sales qty in stores where there is "Why" for the last available date exceeds the average number of sales in the same stores in 7 days. To move a product to the block, swipe the small product card to the right and click the "Why" button.
When adding a product to the "Why" problem, a comment and, if necessary, a photo are required.
In this case, the product disappears from the block in which it was before. One product cannot be added to a group of problems or to the "Why" again until it disappears from the current problem.
To resolve a problem with a product, you need to swipe the product to the left in the "Products on which questions arose" block and click the "Done" button.
The product can also disappear from the block after the sales qty in the stores where questions about the product have arisen for the last available date exceeds the average sales qty in the same stores for 7 days.
