Statistics of problem goods
In the side menu, you can go to the analytics page. It is designed to analyze the movement of goods into problematic ones.
When you go to the page, a list of users is displayed with a schedule for moving goods to problems and fixes. The list of users is sorted by activity, from largest to smallest.
Each user's card contains:
Number of goods moved to problem and resolved;
Number of app entrances;
Graph on which: yellow line - number of problem ones, blue line - number of solved ones.
When you click on the graph, you can see a tooltip that displays the percentage of problems to be solved.
In the header of the page there is a filter in which you can set parameters:
Period;
Types of problems (you can choose one or several);
Stores (you can choose one or several).
By default, data for the last 7 days is displayed for all stores and all issues. Each item must be selected in order for filtering to start. Once launched, you will be returned to the "Statistics" page with the updated data.
Clicking on the user card opens a page that displays detailed information on each type of problem, selected period and stores.
If you have specified several stores, the problem block will display the total number of problematic products for those stores that are specified in the filters.
If you have specified problem types in filters, but do not see them on the page, most likely the specified user did not use this problem.
The graph shows the number of added and resolved issues for the period specified in the filters.
It is also available to drop into the list of products for each of the problems for viewing.
