Stock
There are two ways to view the Stock block:
on the Main page - to analyze general information for all stores.
on the Store Page on the "Problems" tab - to analyze information on a particular store.
To analyze the necessary data on the stocks of products of group A by the Sales qty (that is, products that have constant sales), you need to open the corresponding card in the block:
"No sale after product come" - to view products that have never been sold in the store after delivery. The daily stocks of products with a delivery date within the last week, but the product has not been sold in the last two days before the last data upload, are checked.
"Out of stock, but for sale" - to view products with zero stock on the last available data, but which have been sold in the last 60 days.
"Incorrect stock" - products that have incorrect stock as of the last day of data upload, but have been sold in the last 60 days.
"Products to be recalculated" - to view products that require checking the actual availability in the store. To determine the period when the product was included in the corresponding block, you need to double-click to open the large card of the selected product and analyze the red zone on the graph.
Note: Group “A” comprises items that contribute to 85% of total sales in the chain. This group of products is the most productive and generates the majority of the chain's profit.
To view all chain products for which the stocks were changed manually, you need to open the "Corrected Stock" card. The products will not disappear from this card until you delete them yourself. You can accept the current data on stocks manually in the "Corrected Stock" block.
Note! Access to viewing the "Corrected Stock" block, according to the user's role, is determined by the administrator. To expand access, contact your administrator.
