Why don't BES solutions work on a Macbook?

The reasons for this are:

• plug-ins are enabled and prevent solutions from working.
• uses a browser that does not support solutions.

To correct the situation you need:

• disable plug-ins and update the page to use the keyboard shortcut: Shift + Cmd + r.
• open solutions in Google Chrome or use Safari for all solutions except BI.
