Why is the “Synchronize” button inactive on the Data Console solution?

The reasons for this situation may be:


  • The data is being uploaded daily at this time. When the data upload is complete, synchronization will be available again.
  • Promotions, markers or plans have not changed.
  • Another administrator clicked the "Synchronize" button.
