How can I disable 2-step verification?
The user can enable/disable the two-stage verification only if it is not mandatory for everyone. This option is set by the administrator.
For disabling two-step verification, click on the "Two-step verification" line on the "Security" page of the BES solution and turn off the switcher.
Then open the Google Authenticator application on your mobile device and write down the code in the "Security code" field.
Click the "Apply" button and the two-step verification will be disabled again and the backup codes will not be available.
