How to set up notifications in Datawiz Kate?

Step 1. Notification menu





In order to go to the Telegram bot's notifications menu, enter a slash “/” in the chat and select one of the available commands: /notification.

The /start command returns to the input for providing answers on the main indicators.

Step 2: Choose options to set up notifications





To set up new notifications, select "Add notification", or to edit existing alerts - "My notifications". Specify metrics (Sales, Profit, Sales Qty, Receipts Qty or Additional metrics), stores, categories, period and period for comparison and visualizations.



Next, select the date the message was sent:

Beginning of the month
End of the month
Beginning of the week
End of the week
Every day

And enter the time to receive the notification in the format 00:00.

Note! When configuring the "Every day" notification, set the message time one hour later after the time the data is loaded to the service from the transition base.

After clicking "OK", the added notification is displayed in the chat window with a description of the specified information and in the list of notifications. To delete a notification, click on its name, then on the "Delete" button. The "**Add notification"** button allows you to set up additional notifications.
