What do I do if the invitation link is inactive?
The invitation link has a limited activation time of 7 days. After this period, it becomes inactive. In this case, you should resend the invitation link to the user's mail. To do this, you need:
- go to Admin Panel, _ "Users" _ page
- select the desired unregistered user;
- click on the vertical three dots next to the user's photo and select "Resend invite".
