What should I do if I do not receive a letter about changing password in the mail?
The letter about the change of the password comes to the e-mail automatically. If the user cannot find it in his mail, it is necessary:
check for spam in the mail, because the letter may have got there;
make sure the user's email is correct:
- the language during e-mail input;
- the Caps Lock button is turn off;
- the order and accuracy of writing characters, no spaces.
If the suggested tips do not solve the problem, you need to contact your administrator to reset your password from the Admin Panel.
