What should I do if the invitation letter with the registration link does not arrive?
The invitation letter is sent to e-mail automatically. If the user cannot find it in his e-mail, it is necessary to check the spam and the correctness of the entered e-mail: characters, language, no spaces.
If the e-mail is correct, you should resend the invitation letter in the mail. This requires:
go to Admin Panel, "Users" page and select the desired unregistered user;
click on the vertical three dots next to the user's photo and select "Resend invite".
