Why doesn't work two-step verification?

There are several reasons for this:

The user doesn't have time enough to enter the temporary code generated by Google Authenticator.
Errors were entering the code.
Google Authenticator has not been updated, so the code is outdated.

Follow these steps to correct this situation:

If the application generates outdated code and needs to be updated, you need to reinstall it.
Enter code immediately as soon as the application generates it.
Check that you have entered the generated code correctly.
Use backup codes that have been pre-generated on the "Security" page. To do this select "Use backup code" and enter one of the ten generated backup codes. The code can only be used once. After using the code, it disappears from the list.
Send a two-step verification to reset the message. To do this, click on the link "Lost access to the Google Authenticator app?". Follow the link to enter your email address and send a request to the administrator to restore access to your account. The received message with the link will be valid for 7 days.

Detailed recommendations you can read in the tutorial.
