Product Сard

To open the product card, use one of the following methods:

• double-tap any product in the product list;
• find the product by name, barcode, or identifier on the "Search" tab.

A Small Product Card and a Large Product Card are available for each product.

Small Product Card

The Small Product Card contains the key product information:

• product identifier;
• stock quantity as of the latest data upload;
• price;
• yesterday's sales;
• last 7 days' sales.

A coloured indicator is displayed next to the "Price" metric, indicating the source of the price:

• green – current price from documents;
• grey – price from yesterday's receipt (if sales were recorded);
• red – average product price for the last 30 days (if sales were recorded);
• blue – all other cases.

Gesture actions on the Small Product Card

• A swipe to the left provides the option to move the product to the "Products in progress" block. To do this, tap the corresponding problem reason icon.

• A swipe to the right provides the following options:
• • move the product to the "Products with Questions" block by tapping the Why button, which allows a comment about the issue to be added and/or a photo of the issue to be attached;
  • create a new task. After that, the “Select Product” page opens, allowing products to be added to the task, similarly to task creation on the "Tasks" page.

Large Product Card

The Large Product Card is opened by double-tapping the Small Product Card.
The Large Product Card contains:

• all information available in the Small Product Card;
• average sales;
• days to 0 stocks;
• Inventory coverage (units), days;
• previous stock;
• barcode;
• stocks and sales chart;
• the following buttons:
• • Change the Stock;
  • Documents;
  • Price;
  • Stock per Stores;
  • Shelf Layout;
  • Photo Reports (subject to the appropriate access permissions);
  • Product Chat;
  • Product History.
  • Change the Stock

Tapping the Change the Stock button makes it possible to update the "Stock Qty" metric when required. After saving the changes, the "Stock Qty" metric in the Large Product Card is renamed to "Corrected Stock".

Documents

Tapping the Documents button opens the corresponding page displaying the following product documents:

• End of day stock;
• Postings;
• Write-offs;
• Product order;
• Received Products;
• Refunds;
• Moving.

Price

Tapping the Price button opens the "Product price" page displaying all available price types for the selected product.

Stock per Stores

Tapping the Stock per Stores button opens the corresponding page displaying a table with the stock quantity and stock price of the product across all stores in the chain, regardless of the user's access level.
For more convenient analysis, the "Hide Zero Stock" filter is available. After tapping the Hide Zero Stock button, stores with zero product stock are hidden from the table.

Shelf Layout

The "Shelf Layout" page displays a list of displays where the product is merchandised. Tapping the required display opens the corresponding list of planograms.

Photo Reports

The "Photo Reports" page displays a list of photo reports with the dates they were created. Tapping the required date opens the corresponding photo report.
